Bistro Elaia is the retail reflection of the nutritional philosophy of the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center. At this healthy Aurora and Denver bistro, Executive Chef Paolo Neville and his team prepare nutritious meals for dine-in, delivery, as well as catering.
The chef works hand-in-hand with our team of registered dieticians to develop the Bistro’s menu, insuring the dishes available to our customers are healthy, great tasting and affordable.
Catering in Denver and Aurora
Bistro Elaia is also available to cater events in any of the facility's multiple meeting and event spaces but also for meetings or events across campus. With Bistro Elaia, you will always have a healthy dining option available to you on the Anschutz Medical Campus or in the surround Aurora and Denver areas.
