Our goal is for each Fitness Center member to feel welcome and successful. From our friendly and professional Member Services and Membership teams, to our degreed and certified fitness specialists (available on the fitness floor during all hours), to our experienced Group Exercise instructors, each of our team members is committed to providing you with knowledge, guidance and excellent service. Special touches including water and towel service add a little something more to your visit. Personal Training services are also available for additional expertise, support, and accountability toward reaching your goals. Your results are our passion! We want your time spent with the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center to be the highlight of your day and the inspiration for you to live well.

Exercise Technology

Throughout the seasons, the atrium-inspired fitness center inside the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center brims with light. For the main fitness floor, we have partnered with internationally recognized Technogym® to provide the latest innovations in exercise equipment. Founded 20 years ago by Nerio Allesandri in Italy, Technogym has been the international sponsor for the Sydney, Athens, Turin and Beijing Summer Games, as well as the 2012 London Olympics. Using the parameters from your fitness assessment, our degreed and certified fitness specialists will program your wellness key to automatically set performance and resistance characteristics of the Technogym equipment as you move from station to station. As you exercise, you can enjoy your own iPod or take advantage of DirectTV channels found on many of the machines. Floating above the fitness center is an indoor track that, with floor to ceiling glass windows, will make you feel like you’re running outdoors in 72 degree comfort, year round!

Membership with the Anschutz Health and Wellness Center features includes access to three individualized exercise studios and our warm-water exercise pool, which collectively host a robust and well-rounded group exercise program designed for every body. Aqua Exercise

Our indoor aquatics center is designed to provide a unique fitness experience. View our complete Group Exercise class schedule here, including Aqua Zumba® and Aqua Fitness. The warm water therapy pool, heated to 87 degrees, and our modern UV light filtration system allows us to use minimal chlorine, improving the quality of your experience in the water. Our deep water well is designed for full body therapy, and perfect for individual aqua training outside of group aqua classes. A wide range of weights and belts designed for aquatic use are available at all times to customize your water workout. As a healing and restorative option for post-weekend activity recovery, or an ultimate office break, the co-ed whirlpool offers a relaxing respite at any time of day.

Luxurious Locker Rooms

The men’s and women’s locker rooms have been designed with the same care and attention to detail as that of a private club. Spacious saunas and steam rooms, along with digital lockers, private showers and a plentiful supply of towels and toiletries, provide the ultimate atmosphere. Enjoy a sip of fresh, fruited water as you rest and relax in the locker room lounge. Massage clients can also enjoy these amenities as part of your service.
